This kit will allow the identification of biological species in situ, without the need to send the sample to the laboratory.

​

This method is based on the selective detection of a DNA sequence characteristic of a taxonomic species or group. However, in this method a different selective amplification and detection chemistry is used, such that it allows the test to be carried out in the field, without sophisticated laboratory equipment such as thermal cyclers or sequencers.

At the moment, this service is in the validation stage in the laboratory.
