APPESCAR Application

The APPESCAR mobile application was born as part of the PNIPA-PES-SEREX-PP-127 subproject for the “Strengthening of sustainable fishing practices for self-management: empowering Lambayecan artisanal fishermen” that was developed in San José, Lambayeque.

In addition to being a tool for artisanal fishermen, where they can record information of their fishing operations and obtain statistics of their catches, APPESCAR also has a platform for buyers, with the purpose of facilitating more direct trade between buyers and artisanal fishermen.
